Giving Thanks for You

Today is your day, and this is my big heartfelt “Thank you!” I truly cannot express my thanks enough. I’m filled with gratitude and appreciation for those of you who have stopped by Galvanized Gardens and subscribed to my weekly blog. Your subscription, support, and sweet replies have been a great encouragement to me as a new blogger.  It’s hard to believe we are coming to the end of my first full year online and you are still here sticking it out with me. If it weren’t for you, I would have no purpose for posting each week. You are the inspiration and motivation for my writing. For that reason, I’m giving thanks for you and praying God will let us continue to grow together in the coming year.

Purposeless Without You

Who is a writer without readers? What purpose does writing serve without someone to read each word, sentence, paragraph or page? Where do ideas belong once they leave a writer’s head, heart and hands? Why should a writer post words needlessly? How can a writer influence without an audience? The answer is, writing without readers is purposeless. Even a private diary or journal is read by its own author.

Encouraged By You

That’s why you, as a reader, are a special part of this blog. If my words are posted without being read or considered, my efforts are in vain. As I write each week and think of you, I pray my words reach the hearts they are intended for and encourage in the way you’re reading and replies encourage me.

Thank you for walking this garden path with me as I share the personal and Biblical lessons I have learned from God, my life’s garden, and the many inspirational people who have played a big part in my growth.

Committed To You

Today, I’m reminded of the goals and desires I have for this blog and the impact it has on you. My passion is to share the tips and truths I’ve gleaned from my crazy life’s journey to help galvanize the growth of your heart’s garden by:

• Inciting you to learn more about your Holy Creator by studying His words, will and ways.
• Intriguing you to enjoy making your “nest” a home.
• Inspiring you to open up your heart and home to others.
• Interesting you to find creative ways to increase your fruitfulness and enjoy the blessings of your time and talents.

As you plan and prepare for the life you long to live, I hope that you’ll see God blessing your efforts and encouraging you along the way.
